Inspired by the Japanese logic puzzle Shikaku, this self-corrective game involves covering a 25-box grid using rulers of different lengths, while following a colour code.

• Promote logical thinking, develop cognitive strategies.
• Identify positions on a grid (rows and columns).
• Compare and identify lengths.

On the easiest level, the colour of 25 boxes is given. The number of colour clues gradually reduce, which requires children to find problem solving strategies and to use reason and logic. At the end of the activity, children check their response on the answer sheet.
Activity progression:
The 6 double-sided printed magnetic boards offer 12 activities. Activities are divided into two groups with progressively increasing levels of difficulty: orange set (from 1 to 6 ); pink set (from 1 to 6 ).

Levels 2 to 6 : The number of clues gradually reduces.
